Lawyer portal
A staff-facing view where referring lawyers see matter status, documents, and coordination details without logging in as a party.
General information only, not legal advice, mediation advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. Neutly is administrative software for mediator practices; it does not host live video or select court neutrals. Mediators and lawyers remain responsible for their work.
Referring lawyers need progress updates without becoming case administrators. A lawyer portal (or coordinated staff workflow) reduces “where are we up to?” calls while keeping party PII appropriately scoped.
Neutly centres coordination on the matter record: booking, intake completion, fees, and session details staff can share with counsel under your practice rules. See our lawyer-focused guide for what counsel should expect from mediation software.
