Integrations

Calendar, video, and webhook integrations for mediation practices.

Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom through a guided setup wizard — busy times block booking slots, confirmed sessions write back, and Zoom meetings auto-create on book. Practice webhooks notify your systems when matters change.

Neutly still supports paste-your-own video links — but when you connect OAuth integrations, calendar sync and Zoom creation happen automatically. Integration health monitoring alerts you when a token expires or sync fails.

Guided integrations setup

Open Account → Integrations and connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Zoom through OAuth — no developer required. Each integration shows connection status, last sync, and re-authorise prompts when tokens expire.

  • Google Calendar OAuth
  • Microsoft Outlook OAuth
  • Zoom OAuth with auto-create on book
  • Integration health alerts when sync fails

Calendar sync that respects your diary

External busy blocks prevent double-booking on your public calendar. When a session confirms, Neutly writes the event back to your connected calendar — with practice timezone on the session labels, not browser local time.

  • Busy-time blocking on public booking
  • Session write-back on confirmation
  • Background calendar busy sync worker
  • Reschedule guards when external events conflict

Zoom meetings on book

When Zoom is connected, confirmed sessions can auto-create or update meetings — waiting room and caucus links still flow to parties in session confirmation. You can always fall back to paste-your-own links for other platforms.

Practice webhooks and public API

Practice plan subscribers can register webhooks for matter lifecycle events — booking confirmed, document uploaded, payment received, and more. HMAC-signed delivery with a retry worker. Combine with the public booking API for panel sites and registries.

  • Webhook event delivery with HMAC signatures
  • Public booking API keys (Practice)
  • Panel registry deep-links to mediator profiles (Panel plan)
  • document.uploaded and lifecycle events

Integrations questions

Which calendar systems does Neutly integrate with?

Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook via OAuth. External busy times block overlapping public booking slots, and confirmed sessions write back to your connected calendar in your practice timezone.

Does Neutly create Zoom meetings automatically?

When Zoom is connected through the integrations setup wizard, confirmed sessions can auto-create or update Zoom meetings. You can still paste your own video links for other platforms or hybrid setups.

What happens when an integration token expires?

Integration health monitoring alerts practice administrators when sync fails or OAuth tokens need re-authorisation. A background worker refreshes Zoom tokens where possible.

Are practice webhooks available?

Yes — on Practice. Register webhooks for matter lifecycle events with HMAC-signed delivery and automatic retries. Combine with the public booking API for panel sites and registry integrations.

Do I need a developer to set up integrations?

No for calendar and Zoom OAuth — the guided setup wizard in Account → Integrations walks you through authorisation. Webhooks and the public booking API may need technical help on your panel site.
