Use of this marketing website is subject to standard terms for software services. Customers receive a separate subscription agreement covering the mediation practice platform, data handling, and support.
Neutly is practice operations software. It does not provide legal advice, mediation services, or neutral selection. Mediators remain responsible for their professional obligations and party communications.
Matter data is hosted in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney, Australia) today. We do not claim EU, UK, or Canadian data residency yet. Product design follows privacy principles aligned with GDPR and UK GDPR — encryption, access control, and audit logging — and we can discuss residency requirements on enterprise enquiries.
