Party onboarding
The secure, tokenised flow where disputants complete intake, upload documents, and provide billing details without staff-created party accounts.
General information only, not legal advice, mediation advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. Neutly is administrative software for mediator practices; it does not host live video or select court neutrals. Mediators and lawyers remain responsible for their work.
Parties should not need passwords to prepare for mediation. Magic links scoped to a matter and party role keep access simple while limiting exposure if a link is forwarded inappropriately.
Onboarding wizards step through validation-heavy fields—contacts, billing, advisors—so data is usable for invoices and reminders. Staff track progress per party on the case detail view.
